- Dear Bidder:The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to perform work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The consultant will need to work with survey microdata of employment or labor force of selected Latin American countries to produce statistics and indicators on salaries in accordance with the requirements of the technical supervisor. To do this, you must have excellent software programming skills. statistics such as R, STATA or SPSS for data processing and analysis; define and apply methodologies and good statistical practices for the collection of information and the evaluation of its quality; create organized databases with procedures clear that allow the reproduction of the results; analyze the information collected with the objective of identifying possible failures or errors in the harmonization of statistics, prepare tables and graphs that serve as inputs for the preparation of technical reports on salaries; review references and relevant literature and provide substantive input for the analysis of the data produced.
