Fundacion Integra requires purchasing safety seats for transporting boys and girls to kindergartens and nurseries of the institution, in accordance with the provisions of these Special Administrative Bases, Administrative Bases General, Technical Bases, and Annexes. This public tender is governed, as pertinent to the legal nature of Fundacion Integra as a legal entity under private law, by Law NO19,886, on Bases on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree NO 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance; by Law NO19,880, which establishes Bases of the Administrative Procedures that Govern the Acts of the Bodies of the State Administration; by these Special Administrative Bases, Administrative Bases General, Technical Bases and Annexes; for the queries that the bidders eventually make within the framework of the bidding process and the responses provided by the Foundation; for the clarifications to the Bases formulated by Integra and its modifications, if any, as they contribute to determining their scope and meaning.
