- The objective of this tender is to select a professional advice specialized in indigenous linguistics for the execution of the PAT linguistic revitalization component. The advice is intended to guide and support a process of awareness and indigenous communities that participate in the program, about the relevance of the indigenous language for the maintenance of culture; The transmission of ancestral knowledge, millenary narratives, values systems, beliefs and ideologies, and unique modes of thought and expression that characterize indigenous peoples. It seeks to motivate and advise to take actions from each territory, with the support of the PAT. The tender will begin a process that will be developed throughout the execution of the program and with its implementation it is expected to have local revitalization initiatives linguistics.
