The illustrious municipality of Vina del Mar, through public tender, hereinafter and interchangeably"The Municipality" calls to participate in the public tender whose main objective is to grant in concession the restaurant located on Calle 8 Norte N 55-56, Lot NO2, Side Playa Acapulco. This property, located in a municipal asset, has an built surface of 517.30 meterssquare and is intended to offer high quality gastronomic services. The property is in a strategic location, at the intersection of Peru Avenue with 8 North Avenue, limiting with Acapulco beach. The concession will include the use of the property, its maintenance and operation,In addition to improving its immediate environment, according to the guidelines established by the Municipality. The purpose of the tender is to select a proposal for the granting of the restaurant, guaranteeing the provision of high -level gastronomic services, contributing to developmenttourist and commercial sector that contribute to the tourist and cultural development of the city.
