Description:
Name of the tender: Replacement Of Pavements In 4 Pasajes De La Comuna
Description: The project includes the elaboration of the file to be presented in the Housing and Urbanization Service SERVIU and later the execution of the concrete paving works of 4 passages, 3 in the Villa Solares de Doña Paula and 1 in El Atardecer de la Alameda, in the Estación Central district. For this purpose, the contractor must first request the SERVIU, through the Pavel System, for a favorable report for the paving of the passages. Once the Report is obtained, you must request the Technical Inspection, stating that the project will be carried out with state funds to obtain the cost reduction to 0.2% of the total value. Once the inspection has been approved, the paving works can begin. This tender brings together 3 PMU initiatives, which must be processed and executed independently.
