Description : The "Replacement of 374 Heating Radiators for Applicants' Classrooms and Dorms" is required, by virtue of complianceof useful life of the current devices which have been in use for 22 years, exponentially presenting leaks in different parts of the building. At the same time, the incorporation of three-way motorized valves is needed on all floors, with the purpose of controlling the rooms atheating according to the hours of use of the different units. In addition, maintenance and/or replacement of elements of the heating system that are found to be defective, such as: pressure gauges, air vents, safety valve, automatic filling valve, is required.co, maintenance of heating pumps, cleaning of filters, shut-off valves, among other elements that will be detailed below in EETT. The works must be carried out at the premises of the School of Police Investigations, hereinafter "The Entity", located at Av. Gladys Marin No. 5783,1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997Comuna de Estacion Central, Santiago.
