Products or services: Paving of roads or paths
This tender corresponds to the execution of replacement and improvement works of existing urban road infrastructure in 60 local roads in the Lo Prado commune. The works include the demolition of roads and sidewalks in mal condition, the formation of new pavement structures and the construction of slabs, vehicular accesses and elements of universal accessibility, in accordance with the designs approved by SERVIU. The total area to be intervened reaches 39,153 square meters, broken down into 23,335 square meters of roads and 15,818 square meters of sidewalks. The technical solutions consider concrete pavements, according to specifications per section, complying with the regulatory criteria of the OGUC and MINVU standards. This execution responds to the structural and functional deterioration of the local road network, improving traffic conditions, safety, connectivity and accessibility for more than 6,200 directly benefited people.
