The service includes vehicles, drivers, technological communication and security equipment, along with appropriate clothing for staff, guaranteeing operational continuity. and immediate response to community requirements. However, from the above, the technical specifications indicate the minimum conditions required for contracting the service required by the municipality, which is framed in the following: • Have a patrol service and continuous transfer of personnel throughout the communal territory, which is 24/7, 24 hours a day and every day of the year - including weekends and holidays - until the contract is valid; that respond to community requirements entered from the municipality's Telephone and Telesurveillance Central. • Have a service that considers its drivers or patrol officers to be duly trained and to fulfill their functions in accordance with the competency profile established in these rules. • Ensure continuity of service for a period of 36 consecutive months, without interruptions, salvo...
