The purpose of this tender is to hire a natural or legal person to provide the AUDIOVISUAL REGISTRATION, CREATION AND EDITING SERVICE that allows, among others, to create videos for social networks such as Facebook, Instagram or YouTube. and other digital platforms of the Vitacura Cultural Corporation, in order to generate links with the community, keep it informed about the activities it carries out and invite it to participate in these activities, according to the requirements and demands of the Cultural Corporation of Vitacura, as described in these special administrative bases, technical bases and other documents of the bidding process. The service also includes the production and recording of videos in Full HD or 4K format; the use of drones to optimize aerial recordings; the live transmission of activities or shows, with one, two or three cameras; editing, digital animation and creation of pieces for social networks, in accordance with the requirements and demands described in these BT Technical Bases, BAE special Administrative Bases and others requirements to comply with the stated needs.
