The Directorate of Public Education will hereby carry out a Public Tender to contract the Recruitment and Selection service of Personnel for the Internal Contests for Entrance to the Plant of the Local Services of Public Education, described in detail in these bases. The Internal Contests for Entrance to the Plant of a Local Service constitute special processes in which only personnel who work in the Municipal Education Administration Departments and the Municipal Corporations, whose function is directly related to the administration of the educational service and that has been fulfilling functions in the Municipalities or Municipal Corporations whose territory is the responsibility of each Local Public Education Service hereinafter and interchangeably "Local Service" or "SLEP", from at least three years before the transfer of the educational service, in accordance with the bases of each competition and the thirty-eighth transitional article of the NO Law 21.040.
