1. The need to generate an agreement for the "Management, Withdrawal, Transportation and Final Disposal of Special and Hazardous Waste 2025-2027", of the Curacavi Hospital and its satellite headquarters. 2. That, it is of vital importance provide of a Service for the Management, Removal, Transportation and Final Disposal of Special and Hazardous Waste for the Curacavi Hospital and its satellite locations, in accordance with the regulations established by the Ministry of Health. 3. That what is required is not found in the electronic catalog of the Framework Agreement and It is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the Service. 4. That the estimated reference expenditure for this Acquisition is $30,000,000.- (Thirty million pesos) VAT included. 5. That, consequently, and considering the resources allocated for this purpose and the current provisions, it is It is necessary to carry out a public tender in order to award the aforementioned contract. 6.
