Description:
The purpose of the present tender is to make a public call, calling those interested so that, subject to the sets set, they present proposals for the agency to hire the services of "purchase of machinery for the processing of firewood, associated with the most dry firewood program". The tender will be governed by the provisions of these bases, in which the aims, conditions, requirements and functionalities that must be covered by the goods and services of the same are established, and also in the relevant and when it is applicable, by the provisions of the law NO19.886, of Bases of Administrative Contracts for supply and provision of services and their respective modifications, and its regulations, approved by Supreme Decree NO66 of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance, which contains the instructions and operation conditions of the Chilecompra portal, www.mercadopublica.cl insofar as they are in force at the time of hiring.
