Description:
The service consists of the maintenance of public lighting in the commune of Laja, including the urban and rural sector, as indicated in the technical specifications. The hired company must consider within its costs the electrical work associated with the festivitiescarried out by the municipality as complementary works. The contractor company to execute the services must possess all the equipment and elements of any nature necessary for its correct realization. They will be responsible for the contractor, the complementary studies or projects that werenecessary for its correct and effective execution of the services, it must also prepare caddress in excellent form ordered by sectors (including the postation number) and a location plan of all urban and rural public lighting, which will be delivered at the end of the sixth month of thecontract. The cadastre with their respective location planes must be updated every 6 months, which must be delivered in paper and magnetic file support, which must be in indicated software (s) by the technical inspection and have a summary of the luminaires, indicating sector, sector, sector,quantity and characteristics of them. The municipality will deliver the digitalized urban plan, being the responsibility of the contractor the execution of the rural planes.
