Description:
The present administrative bases are referred to the "public hammer hiring for auction of municipa-lesFrom the farm, for the 24 -month period from the date of the starting act of the services ... the contract will not have any cost for the municipality, given that the hammer will charge its fees from commission for vehicle sold, to the people who are awarded the goodsThe vehicles or lots at the Avakes, in accordance with the Commission offered in this tender. To greater abundance, if the public hammer does not auction any good or vehicle, it will not receive any payment. It should be borne in mind that the payment of taxes, transfers and registrations in therelevant records, will be exclusive to the people who awarded vehicles in the auction, thus not generating any type of collection, or cost towards the municipality. Said the above, the bidder hammers must make their offer due to the commission for vehicle or lot ofauctioned vehicles, taking into consideration the expenses associated by all specific services in these bases. In the same sense, offers that consider a percentage of commission exceeding 10% will be rejected.
