• Products or services: Medical examinations The purpose of this Public Proposal is to contract PAD Benefits for People on the Autism Spectrum (ASD), in accordance with current Fonasa regulations, which include: • PAD 2502025: Evaluation ASD Complementary Diagnosis, for boys, girls and adolescents up to 18 years of age. • PAD 2502026, 2502027 and 2502028: Treatment for People on the Autism Spectrum, according to age group. The benefits must be executed in accordance with the provisions of the Bases Techniques, PAD Fonasa guidelines and other applicable regulations, for users of the commune of Huechuraba prioritized according to the waiting list. The objective is: • To fully execute the PAD TEA Benefits awarded, in accordance with PAD 2502025, 2502026, 2502027 and 2502028, as applicable. • Guarantee compliance with the minimum scope of each service, required professional equipment, infrastructure, equipment and supplies, defined in the Technical Bases. • Deliver the expected products associated with each PAD, such as diagnostic evaluation reports, intervention plans, progress and discharge reports, as appropriate. • Ensure the continuity and quality of services throughout the duration of the contract. • Comply with the absolute prohibition on the collection of co-payments or differences from beneficiaries.
