This project contemplates the provision and installation of an elevator type lifting platform vertical to improve universal accessibility to the Aula Magna stage of the University of Bio-Bio at the Concepcion Campus. Additionally, consider the intervention of stage spaces affecting existing reinforced concrete, making new concrete and executing works for lateral confinement, replacement of intervened coatings, and others such as demolitions and waste removal. The platform and its facilities must comply to the current regulations on the matter, including accessibility, without the contractor being able to exempt himself from such compliance by delivering everything in working order and with the relevant documentation for both the lifting platform and that related to the S.E.C., Minvu, etc. The contractor will be responsible for monthly maintenance of this lifting equipment for one year from the date of approval of the Conforming Provisional Acceptance of this - Documents:
