Description:
The purpose of this tender is to evaluate and select a qualified external entity that provides the residential support service in protected residences and homes, offering a clinical-social support for 44 people with mental health and psychic disability diseases, which are partially lacking or totally of a support network. This service seeks to promote social inclusion and improve the quality of life of the beneficiaries. For the above, the contracting of the following service lines will be managed: 1 hours protected in the city of Punta Arenas (16 squares) 2. Protected Resides In the city of Punta Arenas (28 places) protected households integrate housing needs with the support and security required by people with psychic disabilities, promoting the development of skills for their autonomy and performance at home. On the other hand, residences Protected, meanwhile, are aimed at people with severe disorders who, although clinically compensated, have a high degree of psychic disability and dependence. Therefore, they require a therapeutic environment with a high level of specialized protection and care. The offeror must guarantee: • A proper residence space • Food service (including breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner) • Human resource in accordance with current technical regulations.
