That, the San Jose de Maipo Hospital Complex within the framework of complying with the policy of the SSMSO, in order to respond to generating conditions that favor job satisfaction and work commitment in the Care Network, the MEL Work Environment Improvement Projects are developed. 2. For the year 2025, the MEL project commission evaluated various projects presented both its technical and economic aspects, which consider optimizing work spaces and promoting the quality of work life. That according to Ordinary NO: 1396 of 17102025, on background: Work Environment Improvement Program for the year 2025, Ord.C307 NO579 of March 27, 2025, Memo NO3 23052025, on the subject: Approved Projects. 3. That only some of the items to be acquired are available in electronic catalogs - Marcos Agreement, and while others do not exist in their specific characteristics, for which it is necessary to carry out a public bidding process, aimed at the most advantageous contract, both economically and technically, for the interests of the Hospital.
