- Law No. 20,903, in its article 19 K, entrusts to the Pedagogical Experimentation, Experimentation and Research Center, of the Ministry of Education, hereinafter and interchangeably the "CPEIP", compliance with a series of public functions aimed at implementing the "Development System Teaching professional. "Within this, it is up to the education quality agency, in collaboration with the CPEIP, to implement the instrument for the evaluation of specific and pedagogical knowledge, here the discipline and level that each teacher teaches.
