That, the Hospital del Salvador, hereinafter and interchangeably, "HDS" or "The Entity", needs to hire the "Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Service of Manusa del HDS automatic doors", which contemplates preventive and corrective maintenance works, of all existing automatic doors in the hospital, all according to the technical specifications that make up these bases. 4th of the Regulation of Law No. 19,886, Services Contract is that through which the State Administration entities entail a Natural or legal person the execution of tasks; that, also, the "preventive and corrective maintenance service of automatic doors of the HDS" classifies as a regular service, for corresponding to those that are permanently required and who use personnel intensively and Direct for the provision of what is required by the bidding entity, as verified in the specific case of this tender; which, by the determined amount, this tender is located in the section for hiring of those equal to or greater than 100 UTM and less than 1,000 UTM, In accordance with article 36 of the Regulation of Law No. 19,886; which made the respective consultations, the "Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Service of Automatic Doors Manusa del HDS", are not available in the Framework Agreement modality in the catalog of goods and services offered in the S...
