These background and due to the need to acquire "agreement maintenance for effort test equipment" for Dr. Rafael Avaria V. hospital in Curanilahue, considering all the administrative history that support the acquisition process established by the establishment, which are attach to the present, and taking into account the provisions of Law No.18.575/1986, Constitutional Organic of General Bases of State Administration; Law No. 18.834/1986, D.S. N42/1986, D.S. NO140/2004, published on April 21, 2005; D.S. 2/31, D.S. 55/2015 of the Ministry of Health; D.F.L.
