Products or services: Hydralazine hydrochloride The acquisition of the required medications is for the warehouse stock. These will be supplied to the patients of the Health facility, all in accordance with the Purchasing and Contracting Plan for the year 2025 PAC, Bases Administrative and Technical, Technical requirements, detailed in Annex No. 2 and other annexes that constitute the aforementioned call for bids. The medication to be purchased is required to meet the conditions established by the manufacturer; for this, must ensure good storage and distribution practices for drugstores and warehouses of pharmaceutical products for human use, as pertinent to the activities for which it is authorized, applies Standard 147 of Good Storage Practices. Storage and Distribution for drugstores and warehouses of pharmaceutical products for human use, in relation to Supreme Decree NO4661984, of the Ministry of Health. A health resolution from the ISP must be presented that authorizes the activities of import, reception, storage and distribution of finished pharmaceutical products, if the services are contracted and I represent the owner, the contract and corresponding health resolution must be attached.
