Preventive and corrective maintenance of the HHHA's vertical transport equipment is required, with the objective of complying with current legislation, keeping the elevators and hoists in the most optimal conditions. operation, minimizing periods of equipment unavailability due to mechanical and/or electrical failures, with a breakdown service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The equipment is divided into four blocks: Block NO1 (OTIS Brand), Block NO2 (SCHINDLER Brand), Block NO3 (KONE Brand CEM Building) and Block NO4 (Mounts Heliport stretchers). Bidders may decide how many blocks to bid. Each block will be evaluated independently, and each block will be assigned to the bidder with the best score.
