The objective of this tender is the acquisition of enteral formulas, intended for the preparation and nutrition of adult patients who present a deficient nutritional status and biochemical indicators outside the ranges. normal for subsequent surgery for Gastric and Colorectal Cancer. Likewise, it seeks to ensure an adequate nutritional contribution through the digestive route, with the purpose of contributing partially or totally to the fulfillment of the nutritional requirements of pediatric patients, favoring the reduction of complications, morbidity and mortality rates, which also contributes to reducing hospital admissions and ensuring the success of outpatient medical treatments. The above involves complete, elemental, modular formulas and nutritional supplements. These bases are refer to the conditions and technical characteristics required for the "ACQUISITION OF ENTERAL FORMULAS FOR PEDIATRIC AND ADULT NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT", hereinafter: "The Formulas", for a period of twelve (12) months. The acquisition will be carried out in accordance with the 2025 Annual Purchasing Plan (PAC 2025), current legislation, administrative and technical bases, technical specifications detailed in Annex NO 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 3I, 3J, 3K, 3L. 3M, 3N, 3N, 3O, 3P, 3Q, 3R, 3S and among others that constitute the required call to bidding.
