The main objective of this public proposal is the purchase of hourly service for administrative support for admission to emergency and hospitalized services, since, given the substantial increase in demand for care, there is no provision sufficient to provide continuity of the service and be able to cover the indicated benefits. Therefore, this purchase is required, in order to guarantee the attention and timely income of all users through open and closed attention, allowing the continuity of the service and the correct registration of users in the system, meeting institutional objectives and reducing waiting time for admissions. On the other hand, it is important to point out that not having this benefit could generate negative consequences for patients, family members and companions, as well as officials who come to make admissions, since it would increase waiting times, generating a delay in care, admissions, administrative procedures and in the completion of clinical records. Likewise, not having this purchase would prevent continuity of care in a way efficient and effective, given the work overload of administrative staff and the increase in tasks they should perform.
