The main objective of this public proposal is the PURCHASE OF SERVICES FOR TRAUMATOLOGICAL SHOULDER SURGICAL INTERVENTIONS, in order to have a specialized surgical team for the execution of traumatological shoulder interventions, in order to efficiently and timely resolve patients who are currently on the waiting list, giving priority to cases classified as COMGES and those admitted through the Emergency Service. The institutional resources currently available do not offer an answer. comprehensive and timely to this specific surgical need. This is due to multiple structural and operational factors that currently limit the establishment's resolution capacity. Among the main ones is the high demand for care that the hospital faces, both for surgeries scheduled as well as the constant admission of trauma emergencies and other surgical specialties, which has generated a sustained overload in the use of institutional surgical pavilions. The lack of available surgical spaces in the institutional schedule has led to an accumulation of patients on the waiting list. This contract will allow addressing acute and chronic shoulder pathologies that require surgical resolution, guaranteeing effective access to highly complex treatments for beneficiaries of the Public Health System.
