The objective of this Public Proposal is the purchase of professional services of Midwives and Higher Level Nursing Technicians for the Maternal Fetal Medicine Service of the CR de la Mujer, since with the institutional provision it is not possible to resolve the need for the service, given that it does not have enough personnel to improve the quality of the processes. Therefore, not having this purchase would affect the optimization of human resources, the quality, safety of benefits, and user satisfaction. Therefore, through this contract, the aim is to provide protection to the public health of users, to ensure the continuity of patient care with a provision that allows for the delivery of comprehensive, safe and quality care to pregnant women, postpartum women and newborns, all in order not to fall into a lack of service, and to be able to ensure and guarantee the continuity of the clinical and administrative care of the patients of the Women's Responsibility Center.
