Description:
The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the echocardiograms service to resolve the waiting list of hospitalized and outpatient patients that require this examination for the treatment evaluation, start of chemotherapy, pre-transplant evaluation, pre-surgical evaluation, Diagnostic doubts and all echocardiogram requirements in the waiting list of the various clinical services of the establishment and critical units. Similarly, this purchase seeks to cover the need to carry out more specific procedures such as echocardiograms with dobutamina and transesophages and also solve the derivations of the SSASUR CESFAM and node hospitals, in order to respond to those needs that cannot be expected, since its realization is required as soon as the clinical need arises. It should be noted that in the current scenario it is not possible Respond to this gap, since there is no institutional capacity necessary to absorb these benefits; reason why this contracting in the establishment's offices is required, and outside institutional schedule, to waiting list patients and GES, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1.
