- The main objective of this public proposal is the purchase of services for the clinical file workshop, in order to gradually eliminate the chips that have already completed the minimum period of 15 years of conservation, thus decongesting the hospital file, gaining space for Incorporate new documentation and eliminate duplicity that could exist in the documentation, since there is currently a need to eliminate around 1,500,000 chips, which exceed 20 years in storage, it is expected that with this purchase of service a production of 25,000 to 30,000 per month, supporting the institutional endowment of the file unit, which at the moment does not have the necessary endowment to carry out this additional work.
