The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the column surgical interventions service, to comply with the resolution of patients with explicit health guarantees, surgical waiting list, and emergencies that require these surgeries; which, due to lack Pavilion availability and demand, they are not achieved within the institutional schedule for it. Therefore, this service is intended to resolve and comply within the deadlines guaranteed by law, to all those surgeries of patients diagnosed with the Column specialty with intra and extramedular tumors pathologies, intraoperative repair of possible complications Example of this are the meningeal gaps, where the use of neurosurgery, traumatic pathologies, degenerative pathologies of the cervical, dorsal and lumbosacra area are required, Vertebral infections as a result of other pathologies, or spontaneously and that require rapid resolution to avoid neurological sequelae, and polytraumatized patients, among other pathologies; that require a timely resolution.
