Description:
The main objective of this public proposal is purchase of surgical interventions service for the specialty of otolaryngology, in order to give timely and effective response to patients in the health system who are on the surgical waiting list of the service of the service of the service of Otolaryngology, since with the institutional endowment it is not possible to cover the accumulated surgical demand in the otolaryngology waiting list without affecting the continuity of other regular attention. Therefore, it is necessary to hire this surgical service in order to significantly reduce accumulated waiting time, improve access to resolutive benefits and contribute to the fulfillment of institutional commitments and management and equity in access to public care, reducing waiting lists, strengthening the healthcare network and dignification of health care. Said the above, these interventions will be carried out at the establishment's offices, outside the institutional schedule and to beneficiaries of the public health system, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative bases and Techniques, and in Annex No. 1.
