Description:
The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the surgical interventions of adenoma of prostate, in order to respond to the needs of GES patients and those who are part of the surgical waiting list of the Dr. Hernan Henriquez Aravena Hospital, and Beneficiaries of the National Health Fund (FONASA) that require these interventions to improve their health condition; which, due to lack of pavilion availability and their demand, are not achieved within the institutional schedule for it. Therefore, the purchase of this Service is essential to solve and respond to the needs of the aforementioned patients, due to the negative impact and serious complications that patients can develop waiting for surgical intervention, such as infections or renal damage, in addition to causing an increase In the surgical waiting list. These interventions will be carried out in the establishment's offices, outside the institutional schedule, and to beneficiaries of the public health system, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of the Decree with force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18.417, in this sense, "the provider of health actions" shall be obliged to provide...
