- The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the service of surgical interventions and emergency evaluations of neurosurgery, to solve patients who are treated exclusively in the emergency service of this hospital and/or who are hospitalized in the establishment, but that due to its urgent clinical condition they require an evaluation and/or surgery. This service is required in cases that a surgeon on duty in the emergency room is not found and/or this is participating in surgeries or emergency evaluations. These interventions will be carried out in Entities of the establishment, to patients beneficiaries of the National Health Fund (FONASA), under the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of the Decree with Force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18.417, in this sense, "the provider of health actions" will be forced to provide on behalf of the hospital, and by the way of the delegation, in accordance with what is required by what is required by what is required by what is required by what is required INC. 1 of art. 2 of the 36/80 DFL to the beneficiaries of the Health Benefits Regime of Law No. 18,469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or health rehabilitation that are tendered by this act.
