Description:
The objective of this public proposal is the purchase of medical hours for winter campaign, with the purpose of covering the increase in the demand for consultations and hospitalizations of pediatric patients during the winter season, product of the largest circulation of virus, such asIt is the syncotational virus, parainfuenza, rinovirus, influenza, and the Sars-Cov-2, among others. Therefore, the hospital requires strengthening child emergency, pediatrics and child critical patient unit of the Dr. Hernan Henriquez Aravena hospital, through doctors' servicesGeneral, in training and specialists, since, there is not enough professionals to meet the demand for these care, which are intended, to grant the protection of the public health of users. The service will be carried out in hospital units, in thebetter possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in these administrative bases, and technical bases, and according to amounts defined in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of the decree with force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of the Ministryof health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18.417, only with respect to health providers who exercise the health actions that correspond to them.
