Description:
The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the surgical interventions of Biliopancreas, to respond to patients who are on the surgical waiting list, clinical priorities and oncological patients, who require these surgeries; which, due to lack Pavilion availability and demand, they are not achieved within the institutional schedule for it. Therefore, this service is intended to resolve and comply within the deadlines guaranteed by law, all those surgeries of patients with related diagnoses to the specialty of Biliopancreas and that require a timely solution in order to reduce morbidity and mortality in these patients. Such interventions will be carried out in the establishment's offices, outside the institutional schedule, and to beneficiaries of the public health system, in the best Possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of the decree with force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by law No. 18,417, in this sense, "the provider of health actions" will be forced to provide on behalf of the hospital, and by way of the delegation, as required by inc. 1 of art. 2 of DFL 36/80 to the beneficiaries of the Health Benefits Regime of the Ley...
