Description:
The main objective of this public proposal is the purchase of medical hours for doctors in training and specialists of anesthesia, since, there is not enough professionals to meet clinical demand in the different emergency services of the Dr. Hernan Henriquez Aravena Hospital,where the purpose is to grant the protection of public health of users that require this service. This service will be carried out in hospital units, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in these administrative bases, and technical bases,and according to amounts defined in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of the Decree with force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18,417, only with respect to the health providers who exercisethe health actions that correspond to them. In this sense, the provider of health actions will be obliged to provide on behalf of the hospital, and by way of the delegation, as required by the inc. 1 of art. 2 of DFL 3680 to the beneficiaries of the Benefit RegimeHealth of Law No. 18,469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or health rehabilitation that are tendered by this act.
