- The main objective of this public proposal is the purchase of specialty medical consultation service for the CDT diagnostic and treatment center, with the aim of responding to the demand for specialties evaluations generated both in the region's derivation network and the South of the country as in local applications originated as part of an evaluation. The great demand for pending evaluations to specify the supply of available attention, so this tender seeks to respond to the specialist evaluation needs, in the modality of "New consultation" and "Control", with the aim of facilitating access to pending care to priority population patients, oncological patients, UPQ. The service will be carried out in hospital units, in the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in those present Administrative Bases, and Technical Bases, and according to amounts defined in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of the Decree with Force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of the Ministry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18,417, only with respect to of health providers who exercise the health actions that correspond to them.
