Description:
It is required to tender the "hiring maintenance, repair and landscaping of gardens, sweeping and cleaning of courtyards, cutting and pruning of trees in height for the HHHA, attached units and others", hereinafter; "The service", according to current legislation, administrative bases, basestechniques and annexes that constitute the tender. For the efficient performance of the service, the winner must have modern and adequate equipment, as well as the necessary machinery for the infrastructure and requirement of the hospital, sufficient and adequate protection elements,as well as having qualified personnel and the necessary competences to perform these functions, by virtue of the regulations and regulations in force. Currently the hospital and its attached units, have an approx. of 20,000 m2 of green areas, gardens, common spaces,Patios, among others, where the cut of grass, cutting and pruning, waste collection, cleaning and sweeping of courtyards, gardening and landscaping is required. For this tender, 1 supervisor and 8 gardeners with rotary shifts from Monday to Sunday during day, including weekends,holidays and holidays. Similarly, in this tender the item 2 called "specific services" is contemplated, which will consider the cut and pruning of trees in height.
