The objective of this public proposal is the hiring of medical hours for adult UPC, with the purpose of covering the clinical demand in the adult UPC services, adult UCI, medical uti and UPC third floor of the Dr. Hernan Henriquez Aravena Hospital, through the services of doctors in training in trainingAnd specialists, given that, there is not enough professionals to meet the demand for these care, which are intended to grant the protection of public health of users that require this service. The service will be carried out in hospital units, inThe best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in these administrative bases, and technical bases, and according to amounts defined in Annex No. 1. The respective contract will be subject to the provisions of the decree with force of Law No. 36, of July 10, 1980 of theMinistry of Health and its modifications introduced by Law No. 18,417, only with respect to the health providers who exercise the health actions that correspond to them. In this sense, "the provider of health actions" will be forced to provide on behalf of the hospital, andby way of the delegation, as required by inc. 1 of art. 2 of DFL 36/80 to the beneficiaries of the Health Benefits Regime of Law No. 18,469, the actions of prevention, promotion, recovery, protection or health rehabilitation that by this act isLicitan.
