The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the Surgical Driving Interventions Service for thyroid cancer and bocias, to respond to patients with explicit guarantees in GES health, and those patients who are on the surgical waiting list; Derivativesfrom the establishments of the North and South Araucania Network, which require these surgeries; which, due to lack of pavilion availability and their demand, are not achieved within the institutional schedule for it. Therefore, this service is intended to solve and giveCompliance within the deadlines guaranteed by law, all those surgeries of patients diagnosed with cancer or other diagnoses. Such interventions will be carried out in establishment dependencies, outside the institutional schedule, and to beneficiaries of the public health system, inThe best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1.
