The main objective of this public proposal is the purchase of renal transplant service donor corpse, in order to make renal transplants when a kidney kidney is available, either local or national pool. Since organ ischemia requires intervention timeReduced, the transplant must be carried out urgently and cannot be postponed to a business schedule. Likewise, according to current legislation, the transplant must be carried out within a maximum period of 30 hours from the extraction of the organ. However, medical literature indicates thatThe optimal term to make the implant is up to 18 hours from extraction. Therefore, the implant must be carried out as soon as possible, which implies the need to form an emergency surgical team, without waiting for the institutional schedule, in order to carry out all the effortsnecessary to meet these deadlines and ensure a successful result of surgery. On the other hand, this purchase is required to respond to patients who are on the waiting list for a renal transplant, since this procedure is the most effective treatment for the diseaseAdvanced renal in patients with indication in stages IV and V.
