Name of the tender: Ppta 123-24 Acq Antispastic Antispasmodics
Description: These Bidding Rules guide, establish and determine the rules and procedures by which the Natural and Legal Persons interested in participating in the call for Public Proposals for theAcquisition of Antispasmodic Antispastics, for patients of the Dr. Hernan Henriquez Aravena Hospital, hereinafter: "The Hospital". These Bases refer to the conditions and Technical characteristics required for the Acquisition of Antispasmodic Antispastics, hereinafter "The Medicam.ento", for a period of twenty-four 24 months. The acquisition of the required medications through the CENABAST Supply Central will be activated whenever a non-compliance occurs, and for the warehouse stock. These will be supplied to patients at the Health facility,all in accordance with the Purchasing and Contracting Plan for the year 2024 PAC, Administrative and Technical Bases, Technical Requirements, detailed in Annex No. 2 and other annexes that constitute the aforementioned call for tender.
