Description:
The main objective of this public proposal is to hire the Surgical Interventions Service of Total Hip Endoprothesis, to respond to patients in the waiting list, GES, who enter the emergency service, and those patients with severe functional sequel to require the realization of these interventions to improve their health condition. All patients who have an indication of this surgery should be resolved in the shortest possible time given their health status, since they have a primary or secondary articular degenerative disease characterized For damage to the cartilage that conditions the function of said joint, so, through this contracting we seek to provide a prompt response to any patient that requires these surgeries; which are intended, to grant the protection of the public health of the users; Well, due to the little availability of access to pavilion during institutional schedule, the hip traumatology specialty fails to cover the demand that currently exists. Said the above, these interventions will be carried out at the establishment's offices, outside the time institutional and beneficiaries of the public health system, under the best possible conditions for both parties, as detailed in the administrative and technical bases, and in Annex No. 1.
