Description:
The Agricultural and Livestock Service, through the Department of Animal Health dependent on the Livestock Protection Division, requires a public tender for the provision of the "PPD Bovis Tuberculin" antigen, by means of a 36 -month supply contract. PPD tuberculinBovine is required for diagnostic purposes, for use as an official field test, forming part of the diagnostic strategy of the National Program for Control and Eradication of Bovine Tuberculosis. This added to the opening of markets for meat, dairy products and their derivatives,In addition to the export of standing animals, it requires us as a country to certify the health condition of the herds suppliers of the national industry, through a surveillance program. This situation has motivated a public-private effort, where each of the actors will act within the field ofits competence, articulating efforts to meet the objective of controlling this disease.
