Products or services: Event production It is required to tender the Corrida 21K 2026 Production Service, in conjunction with routes of 5 and 10 kilometers, of a recreational, open and participatory nature, promoting healthy living and community well-being, with the purpose of promoting inclusive and community participation, through dissemination actions and intergenerational calls, contemplating relevant categories and accessibility conditions, in order to encourage regular sports practice in inhabitants of all ages. It is expressly stated that the bidders must offer all of the products and/or services required. Failure to comply with this provision will entitle the municipality to declare said offers inadmissible. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public tender in accordance with the power established in article 61 of Law NO19,880; which establishes that “Administrative acts may be revoked by the body that issued them.” dictated"; power that is materialized in the information system www.mercadopublico.cl, through the "revoke tender" application, which allows, while a tender has not been awarded, to carry out said power through a reasoned resolution, based on reasons of merit, convenience or opportunity.
