Description:
It is necessary to tender the acquisition of energy efficiency kit for the commune of Coquimbo, in order to promote the responsible use of energy in homes, in addition to implementing a culture campaign on water and energy efficiency, which considers the delivery of 1000 kits to Urban and rural sectors, aimed at neighborhood boards, organizations of the elderly and educational establishments. It is stated that bidders must offer all required products. Failure to comply with this provision will empower the municipality to declare inadmissible to said offers. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public tender in accordance with the Faculty established article 61 of Law No19,880; which establishes that "administrative acts may be revoked by the body that had dictated"; faculty which materializes in the information system www.mercadopublico.cl, through the "revoke tender" application, which allows while a tender has not been awarded, carrying such faculty through founded resolution, based on reasons of merit, convenience or opportunity.
