- It is necessary to tender the acquisition of machinery and equipment for municipal delegations, in order to carry out the maintenance and improvement of the public infrastructure, guarantee the safety in the work of the municipal operational crews and reduce the times and costs of execution, the execution costs, theMunicipality will acquire machinery to carry out pruning maintenance, branches and shrubs; and will strengthen the area of events with lighting and sound equipment, thus renewing the existing ones. These requirements will benefit the towns of Tongoy, Puerto Aldea, Guanaqueros and upper partof the commune of Coquimbo. It is stated that bidders must offer all required products. Failure to comply with this provision will empower the municipality to declare these offers inadmissible. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the tenderpublic in accordance with the Faculty established article 61 of Law No19,880; which establishes that "administrative acts may be revoked by the body that had dictated"; Faculty that materializes in the information system www.mercadopublica.cl, through the application "revoketender ", which allows as long as a tender has been awarded, carrying said faculty through founded resolution, based on reasons of merit, convenience or opportunity.
