Products or services: Software for digital communication centers
The objective of this tender is to provide the Miraflores Clinic with a patient contactability service that facilitates and optimizes communication between the establishment and its users. It is required to have a methodological solution for advance contactability of patients scheduled for new consultations, controls, and all types of scheduled procedures, as well as prior notice of their cancellation, reassignment of medical hours, and other associated procedures; if necessary. The purpose is to be able to previously confirm the attendance of users, or to inform in advance the cancellation of their hours, due to institutional needs, and to manage their rescheduling if appropriate. With this, the aim is to reduce the number of patients who do not attend their scheduled time due to ignorance or involuntary forgetfulness. The contract will be executed for 24 months, starting from 10/27/2025, or from the business day following the publication of the award resolution on the public market portal; or until the total consumption of the awarded amounts, whichever occurs first.
