- The general objective of the service consulting delivered by the consulting company of this tender, is to prepare the plan of action of climate change regulated by article 12 of the Law of Climate Change No. 21,455, also to update the Community Development Plan of Curico, forHave the update of the instrument, according to the Constitutional Law Municipalities Law No18,695 of article 3. This must be considered in the construction of the Plan, the participation of the community local and sectoral actors, which allows to promote the development of the commune tothrough integrated, sustainable and harmonious growth of its different territories.
