Description: The objective of this tender is to contract with a Financial Institution and/or Investment Fund a leaseback operation under the property lease system with a purchase option for the sum from up to1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997$2,000,000,000 (two billion pesos) liquid, in order to obtain financing for the acquisition of the land located at Calle Moises Chacon NO92, town of Zapallar, appraisal paper NO22-07, on which the future building will be built consistory; where the acquirer will grant theto the Municipality of Zapallar the lease with purchase option of the properties that they propose to incorporate in the operation from those mentioned above, with the monthly rents that have been offered, for a term of 59 months, plus a last installment that will correspond to the option purchase, to1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997The term of which the Municipality will exercise the option to purchase the property upon paying the last monthly lease rent. Simultaneously, the Municipality and the successful bidder must sign, with respect to the properties considered in the operation, the lease contract withpurchase option.
